Welcome to cardmapp. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the cardmapp mobile application, website, and related professional networking utilities. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to comply with these terms.
Account Responsibility
Keep your credentials secure. You are fully responsible for all card shares and activity in your spaces.
Acceptable Use
Do not use OCR scanners to parse contact data without physical owner authorization.
1. Account Registration & Security
To utilize cardmapp features, you must construct a digital profile. You guarantee that all card data uploaded (e.g. email, phone numbers, corporate identity) is precise and owned by you or authorized by your organization.
2. Subscriptions & Payments
Certain capabilities like corporate templates, team feeds, and advanced analytics are restricted to paid tiers. Fees are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis, and payments are handled securely. Cancel anytime through your mobile store subscription manager.
3. Intellectual Property
All logos, codebase designs, algorithms, scanner OCR methodologies, and user-interface tokens are intellectual property of cardmapp. Your card details and uploaded contact graphics remain yours, subject to license granted to cardmapp to render and transmit them per your instructions.
4. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. cardmapp does not guarantee that scanning OCR results are 100% accurate at all times. We are not liable for lost networking connections, service interruptions, or storage device failures.
